Copycat Starbucks Egg White Bite

One of my GO TO travel hacks are these Starbucks Egg White Bites. I always scope out the local starbs because I know they always have almond milk for my latte and I can grab these macro friendly babies! They are delicious, filling and macro friendly! Problem is they don't have them here in Japan. So, after scouring the internet for recipes I finally found one that works for my macros and they taste delicious.


The best thing about a "macro friendly" recipe is that it is adaptable. While the CORE ingredients should remain the same and, for this recipe, ingredients can be subbed to change your macros. I used 2% cottage cheese and egg whites but you could easily use a Fat Free Cottage cheese or include whole eggs to change the fat content.


This recipe is SIMPLE and EASY with only a few ingredients.

This recipe will make 12 egg cups and macros are based on EACH so you can adjust your servings to YOUR macros! After all, that is what flexible dieting is all about!
