Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Dip

Trader Joe’s CopyCat Recipe

This dip got me through a dark place. Let’s imagine cold chicken in a hotel during a cut in Vegas and no microwave. It was not great.
I love Trader Joe’s and this dip is one of my favorites but I needed to cut down on the lactose and make the macros more friendly for my current diet. The best part is this can be used almost regardless of what your macros are because it is so low in fat and carbohydrates and Greek yogurt is such a great source of protein.
What you’ll need:
Cone shaped coffee filter. I used Melita because they are large & sturdy enough to hold an entire container of Greek yogurt. You can also use cheese cloth.
A small cup size strainer. I use a 3c size with a handle.
A container to collect the liquid
Plastic wrap or cover
Spatula
Ingredients:
1 container non fat Chobani Greek yogurt
1/2 Trader Joe’s Everything Bagel Seasoning
Add yogurt to the coffee filter inside the strainer. Place the strainer inside glass container leaving space at the bottom for liquid to drain.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight or until it’s reached it’s desired thickness.
Dump the liquid from the bowl.
The yogurt will be more of a cream cheese consistency.
Place ball into the glass container/. Add 1/2 container of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and fold in completely.
Cover and place back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
