Simple & Quick High Protein Meal Prep: Sweet Chili Brussel Sprouts & Chicken

I have seriously been waiting for days to try this recipe and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! I love a recipe with a little kick. Meal prep can get boring when you are trying to stick to those staple recipes but you can EASILY add some life to chicken and beef by adding seasons and spices.



Ingredients

12-14oz Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved

16oz cubed chicken breast

1 cup sweet chili sauce

Avocado Oil

Salt & Pepper


Cut and wash Brussels sprouts.

Toss into air fryer basket, cover with 1T avocado oil, salt & pepper to taste and toss. Cook10 minutes @ 400 in the Air Fryer.


While cooking, cube chicken breast and cover with 1/2 c up of chili sauce. Toss to cover.


Toss chicken into Brussels sprouts @ 400 for another 7 mins. Add remaining 1/2 cup of chili sauce, toss and cook for 1-2 more minutes or until crispy.


Place into containers, divided up according to your macro/nutrient needs. Add rice or cauliflower rice for carbs!
