Things that made my life easier this week:


1. I batch booked my protein (salsa chicken & steak). No cooking just grab & go!


2. I bought individual size guacamoles & almond butter. No measuring just grab & go!


3. I used microwave rice pouches. No waiting for it to cook just measure & go!


4. I washed my fruits & veggies and stored them in containers. No cutting or washing. Just dump & go!


I’m not perfect. Last night I drank wine & ate cheese and crackers while I watched Netflix but I’m a lot less perfect when I have to figure it all out when I’m already pressed for time, when I’m tired or when I’m already hungry. There’s a lot less “eff it!” going on around here when I have some things prepared!
