10 Macro Friendly Sheet Pan Dinners

Taking care of yourself does not have to mean spending HOURS in the kitchen cooking to turn around and spend an hour cleaning it up! These recipes combine a few of my favorite things:

  1. They are all macro friendly meaning you can adjust each ingredient to fit your personal nutrient needs which also mean NO GUESSING what's in the casserole!

  2. You literally throw it all on a pan, turn the oven on and throw some seasonings on. THAT'S IT!!!

  3. Clean up is SIMPLE and QUICK! Bonus tip: Use parchment paper for EVERY THING! It makes cleaning up so much faster. Some days I would rather throw a dish in the trash than spend time scrubbing it in the sink!

When it comes to eating healthy it doesn't need to be complicated or time consuming!

When we are talking about macros, specifically, we are talking about carbs, fats & proteins. The best thing about these sheet pan meals is you can pick one of each and toss it on the pan and you are good to go! So let's dig in!
